The Position
Stream Healthcare is recruiting for early-career and experienced Occupational Therapists across Hervey Bay and surrounding areas! Aged Care, Paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads available.

Locations include: Brisbane Central, Greater Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Hervey Bay + MORE!
Your role will involve:
- Conducting assessments and developing and delivering tailored therapy plans to improve independence and function
- Collaborating with families and within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best service and outcomes to clients
- You may prescribe and implement home/workplace modifications and assistive technology
- Support recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life
- Working in schools, homes, clinics, or community settings (you choose!)

All we need from you is...
- Current AHPRA registration
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Drivers' License
