About the role

Reporting to the Senior Accommodation Coordinator, the Office and Accommodation Coordinator provides administration, accommodation and facilities coordination services across our Townsville office and accommodation site. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, carers, visitors and staff. This role can be either Full Time or Part Time. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate accommodation bookings and allocations
  • Manage resident enquiries, arrivals and departures
  • Provide reception and office administration support
  • Coordinate contractors, maintenance and cleaning activities
  • Maintain records and systems including Salesforce
  • Support WHS and compliance activities
  • Assist with site inspections and occupancy management

  • Demonstrated administration or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Salesforce, accommodation or facilities coordination experience
