Our client is an established Australian business operating across the retail and wholesale sectors, specialising in the import and distribution of products to customers across Australia.

We are looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join the team in Silverwater.
This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing and general administration. You will be an important point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Your day will include answering calls, responding to customer enquiries, entering orders and providing general administrative support to the team.
The business uses Pronto, however previous Pronto experience is not essential. If you have worked with another ERP, CRM or order management system and are confident learning new systems, you will be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries via email
- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Maintain customer and order records
- Provide general administration and data entry
- Liaise with customers and internal team members
- Update and maintain information within Pronto
- Assist with day to day office administration
- Support the wider team across a variety of administrative tasks About you
- We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable managing a combination of customer service and administration. You will ideally have:
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Confidence answering phones and dealing with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience processing orders or working with customer information
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and helpful approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a small team
Pronto experience is advantageous but not essential.What s in it for you?
