Hays is currentlySeeking two experienced Warehouse Officers to join a well-established miningOperation in the Mount Isa region. This is an excellent opportunity forProcurement and supply professionals looking for a stable Monday to FridayRoster within a fast-paced mining environment.

About the RoleWorking within thesite supply team, you will play a key role in ensuring critical materials,consumables and services are procured and delivered to support ongoing miningoperations
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchaseorders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Resolve order and delivery discrepancies
- Expedite urgent and critical orders
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Conduct stock takes and inventory checks as required
- Maintain accurate purchasingrecords within the ERP system
- Assist with consumables and reagent stock monitoring
- Provide support forover-the-counter stock requests when required
About You
To be successful inThis role, you will have:
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain roles
- Experience within mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or a similar environment highly regarded
- Experience using Pronto oranother ERP system
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safe workpractices
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Current residence in Mount Isa or Cloncurry
