Urbane Recruitment is partnering with a respected corporate finance advisory firm that specialises in structured debt and capital solutions for mid-market businesses.
They have a strong track record across refinancing, growth capital, shareholder liquidity and event-driven funding and are now looking to appoint an Origination Director to help grow their client base and drive new deal flow.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a platform that’s already delivering high-value mandates ($50m–$1bn+) across refinancing, growth capital, recapitalisations, shareholder liquidity, and special situations with the credit, modelling, structuring and delivery capability fully built around you.
The role is ideal for someone with commercial instincts and a professional network, who enjoys building relationships and identifying funding needs, particularly within mid-sized private companies, sponsor-backed groups or professional firms.
