Opportunity 1 | Work-Life Balance & Leadership
- Consistent block shifts offering greater work-life balance
- Leadership and retention bonuses of up to $4,000
- Lead a dynamic service supporting children with diverse needs

Opportunity 2 | Career Growth & Progression
- Enjoy 25 hours of administration time out of ratio, with 13 hours working directly with children.
- Above-award remuneration with an option to do block or split shifts
- Join a supportive leadership network, including a Regional Manager, Assistant Coordinator, Mobile Coordinator and other experienced Coordinators.
- Service caters for up to 100 children each afternoon, with a dedicated OSHC space and access to shared indoor and outdoor areas.
- Exciting career progression opportunity, with potential to step into a Service Manager position as attendances grow.
Opportunity 3 | Flexibility & Support

- Strong support from an experienced Centre Director
- Connected to a long day care service, offering additional flexibility
- Option to work lunch cover shifts before OSHC or traditional split shifts

What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Community Services, or a related field (or currently studying)
- Previous OSHC or educational leadership experience
- Knowledge of NQS, compliance, and risk management
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Training
