Their team is made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who work closely alongside you to support your child’s outcomes.     They have three clinic locations at Booragoon, Southern River and Rockingham. In addition, they provide community-based support services at local schools, day-cares, homes and anywhere else that suits your family’s goals.     About the role:

    As a Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care. You will support individuals across the lifespan with communication, speech, language, literacy, mealtime, and social skills needs, using evidence-based interventions and specialised programs. Key responsibilities includes:

    • Assess and provide intervention for a range of communication needs including:

      • Speech and language development

      • Speech fluency and articulation

      • Comprehension and instruction following

      • Literacy skills development

      • Social communication skills

      • Mealtime management and restrictive eating

    • Implement both high-tech and low-tech Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems to support clients with complex communication needs.

    • Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other professionals to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.

    • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions to parents and stakeholders as required.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with organisational and professional standards.
