An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Melbourne law firm with a broad client base spanning individuals, families, businesses and corporations.

The Role
Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will provide hands-on support across a varied caseload, with the opportunity to gain exposure to matters including:
- Family Law
- Wills & Estates
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Legal research and drafting
- Preparing court and legal documentation
- Client communication and file management
- Assisting solicitors throughout the lifecycle of matters
The role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail of matters, takes ownership of their work and wants to work alongside lawyers who genuinely value quality support.

You’ll be joining an established Melbourne legal practice with decades of combined experience and a strong reputation for providing practical, personalised legal advice. The firm acts for a diverse range of clients, from private individuals and families through to businesses and larger corporate clients.
With expertise across family law, litigation, personal injury, wills & estates, commercial law, property and employment law, the firm offers an interesting and varied environment rather than the narrow exposure often found in larger practices.
About You
- 1+ years' experience as a Paralegal within a law firm
- Experience in Family Law, Wills & Estates, Disputes and/or Litigation is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in legal support
