Part time/ Full time VR GP - Mixed Billing

A high-performing medical practice in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner to join its collaborative healthcare team in a flexible full-time or part-time capacity. Operating across well-established clinics in Menai and Harrington Park, the practice provides a modern, patient-focused environment equipped with Best Practice software. Clinicians benefit from an optimal patient load of 4 to 5 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality, unhurried care. The practice model accommodates both mixed and private billing options, offering highly competitive, negotiable percentage-of-billing rates paired with an initial guaranteed hourly rate to ensure seamless financial security during the transition period.

The successful practitioner will join a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team comprising experienced GPs, dedicated practice nurses providing comprehensive Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support, and friendly, highly efficient administrative staff. Patient care is fully supported by comprehensive on-site allied health services, including pathology, podiatry, dietetics, and psychology. The practice offers flexible shift options between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, allowing doctors to tailor their schedules with morning or afternoon blocks to maintain an exceptional work-life balance within these desirable NSW suburban communities.
