Your new role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a critical role in supporting customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders by ensuring the accurate identification, sourcing, and supply of parts.Key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting parts requirements for customers and technicians
- Processing parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Identifying and sourcing parts using electronic catalogues and systems
- Preparing quotations and processing orders
- Managing inventory and stock availability
- Coordinating parts dispatch and deliveries
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring exceptional customer service
What you'll need to succeed
Permanent working rights (PR/Citizenship) is requiredPrevious experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar spare parts positionStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilitiesExperience using parts catalogues, inventory systems, or ERP softwareThe ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and team-oriented approachForklift, automotive, heavy equipment, trucking, or industrial machinery parts experience will be highly regardedWhat you'll get in return
