As the friendly and knowledgeable face of our Parts Department, you’ll be the go-to person for customers and internal teams, interpreting parts for light and heavy commercial vehicles, managing orders and transactions, and coordinating timely deliveries with suppliers.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert parts advice to customers and the workshop — in person and over the phone
- Accurately interpret manuals and catalogues to identify parts
- Process orders, manage transactions, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay up to date with current parts inventory and product knowledge

About You
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry
- Confident using catalogues and interpreting both light and heavy vehicle parts
- Experience with Japanese, American, or European trucks will be highly regarded
- A proactive communicator who enjoys teamwork and delivering outstanding service
