Business Systems Analyst Pathway

Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Pathway to support the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of a critical business management system. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Pathway platform, ensuring effective system utilisation, strong governance, and ongoing business process improvement.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated systems professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and driving system enhancements that deliver organisational value.

Your new role

  • Administer, support, and improve the Infor Pathway environment.
  • Configure and maintain Pathway and e-Pathway solutions.
  • Manage user access controls and security permissions within Pathway.
  • Develop and implement reports, correspondence, policies, procedures, and system-related documentation.
  • Support stakeholders in effectively utilising the Pathway platform and promote best practice system usage.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
  • Develop, maintain, and review business systems, policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Conduct system evaluations and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complex system-related issues.
  • Apply sound judgement and problem-solving skills to support business operations and stakeholder needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Senior Applications Analyst, or similar role supporting Infor Pathway.
  • Proven experience administering, configuring, and enhancing Pathway and e-Pathway systems.
  • Strong understanding of user access management and system security controls.
  • Experience developing reports, business documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
