Payroll & AP Officer | Newstead location | $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
Your new company:A Queensland-founded company that pushes the boundaries of innovation and design is seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to join their high-performing finance team. Based in their corporate headquarters in Newstead, their beautifully designed offices incorporate an inclusive team culture and lovely environment to work in.
Your new role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up new employees on the payroll system
- Preparing and processing weekly pays
- Calculation of PAYG, leave entitlements and superannuation
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Preparing payments
- Creditor reconciliations
- Processing expenses
What youll need to succeed:In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll and accounts processing role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and being committed to providing excellent customer service
