We are partnering with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

About the Role:

Utilising your end-to-end payroll expertise, you will be responsible for:

• Processing multiple payroll cycles accurately and on time
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Processing new starters, employee changes and payroll maintenance
• Managing terminations and final pay calculations
• Payroll reconciliations and validation checks
• Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
• Producing ad hoc payroll reporting

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years' experience in an end-to-end payroll position
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Awards
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple payroll deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Exposure to payroll system implementations or transitions will be highly regarded
