ABOUT THE PRATICE
Our client is a well-established, highly respected general practice located south-east of Perth CBD. Known for its warm, community-focused approach and long-term staff retention, the practice boasts a team of 6 GPs who have all been with the clinic for over a decade—with one senior doctor serving the local community for 24 years.
Due to continuous patient demand and a newly dedicated consulting room becoming available, the practice is seeking a full-time General Practitioner to join their stable and supportive clinical team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Position Type: Permanent
Hours & Weekend Work: Standard weekday roster. Saturday morning coverage is available on a rotating basis if preferred.
Flexible Roster: While Saturday morning availability is welcomed on a rotating roster
Competitive Financial Support - 70% of billings (based on commitment to the practice), backed by an initial hourly guarantee of $180 - $200/hr for the first 3 months
Billing Structure - Fully Bulk Billing practice (participating in the BBPIP incentive program)
Nursing Support - Dedicated clinical assitance provided by 1 FT registered nurse, 1PT registered nurse, and a FT enrolled nurse.
Modern Practice Software: Best Practice software utilized throughout, with AI-assisted documentation tools (Lyrebird AI) integrated to streamline clinical notes and administrative workload.
ABOUT YOU
Registration: Vocational Registration (VR GP) with AHPRA (FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent).
Experience: Strong clinical background with a passion for delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment.
Commitment: Looking for a supportive long-term practice environment with fantastic peer retention.
