Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation
- Build rapport with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met
- Document and report on client progress and any concerns to the care team
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide holistic care to clients
- Previous experience in home and community care is desirable but not essential
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
- Police check and working with children check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
