Description:
Personal Care / Support Instructions for Support Worker (SW): If Brian refuses service, the SW must inform Krystal, as she has requested that tasks be completed each day. Tasks and Preferences: Social Interaction: Brian likes to have a cup of tea and a sit-down chat to stay socially connected. Note: This should only happen after all tasks have been completed. Outing Option: You may take Brian out for coffee if he is willing. Bed Check: Ensure Brian has bed sheets on the bed, as he often removes them. Meals: Prepare something to eat for Brian. Documentation: Complete the communication book at the end of the shift, including all tasks done. Location: Kitchen bench, laundry end.see less
