Job Description:As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Monitoring clients' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to the supervisor
In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be female
- Must have a full Australian Drivers License
- Must have a valid Police check
- Must have a valid Working with Children check
- Must have a caring and empathetic attitude
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
