Urgent Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to provide in-home support to an 18-year-old female participant with complex support needs in the Grafton region, NSW.
This is an urgent opportunity, with the participant looking to commence support as soon as possible.
About the Role- Location: Grafton region, NSW
- Female Support Worker required
- 46 hours per day, 5 days per week
- In-home support
- Ongoing opportunity
- Participant has sufficient NDIS funding available for the required supports
- Immediate commencement preferred
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience supporting participants with complex support needs
- Be compassionate, patient and reliable
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working independently in a home-based environment
- Be committed to providing person-centred and respectful support
- Be available for regular weekday shifts
- Previous experience in disability/complex support
- Relevant qualifications and NDIS-related clearances as required
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
