YOUR ROLE
Being the valued RIGHT HAND to a talented TEAM LEADER senior lawyer with a flourishing varied practice, you will love the variety+challenge+ job satisfaction assisting plaintiff clients in relation to a range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents/CTP (NSW+WA), workers compensation (WC) and work injury damages (WID).
Key responsibilities include dicataphone typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have MINIMUM 2 years-10+ years (up to Senior) personal injury legal secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience (including 1 or more of WC/WID/CTP experience);
- have strong Microsoft Word +typing speed 50+wpm+ communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you work hard and have fun too!;
- are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm long-term (essential).
