We're placing both picker packers and process operators into ongoing roles across South East Queensland right now.
Our clients span food production, beverage manufacturing, FMCG, and general processing – meaning there's consistent work on offer for people who know the floor, follow the process, and don't need their hand held.
What's available
Picker Packer – FMCG & Food Distribution
- Solid pick and pack experience in a food, beverage, or FMCG environment required
- Mostly day and afternoon shifts; some 24/7 rotating rosters on larger accounts
Process Operator – Food & Beverage Manufacturing
- Experience working on a production line or in a food processing facility required
- Comfortable following SOPs, batch records, and production schedules
- GMP, food safety, or HACCP awareness highly regarded
- Rotating shift availability required across most sites
Process Operator – General Manufacturing & FMCG
- Proven process operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Able to operate and monitor equipment, report faults, and support line continuity

Who we're looking for

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a regulated production environment
- Able to work rotating rosters including weekends where required
