Plumber
- Maintain and repair plumbing infrastructure, pipework, drainage, trade waste systems and pumps at a large-scale processing facility.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and support production operations alongside other maintenance trades.
- Follow safety and quality procedures while contributing to a permanent, rotating-roster maintenance team.
Stellar Recruitment are seeking qualified Plumbers to join a leading employer within Australia's meat processing industry.
This is an opportunity to become part of an established maintenance team responsible for ensuring a large-scale processing facility continues to operate at peak performance. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the site's plumbing infrastructure, trade waste systems and production equipment while working closely with other skilled trades to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain plumbing infrastructure and site amenities
- Install, repair and upgrade pipework systems
- Maintain valves, non-return valves, knee wands and associated equipment
- Remove, replace and repair pumps and related mechanical assets
- Oversee trade waste and drainage system maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability
- Support ongoing plant operations alongside the maintenance department
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high standard
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance procedures
What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified Plumber with relevant Australian licences and certifications
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, food processing, mining or heavy industry environments highly regarded
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
- Self-motivated attitude with a desire to contribute to a long-term team
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with other trades
