Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + Super + Overtime
Roster: Monday to Friday | 12:00pm–8:30pm
Location: Adelaide (Northern suburbs)

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing operation on a full‑time afternoon shift. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical work, thrives in a high‑output production environment, and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of production and packaging machinery. The work is varied, essential to daily operations, and offers strong long‑term stability in a well‑established facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive and preventative maintenance across production lines
- Mechanical fault‑finding on high‑speed packaging and processing equipment
- Servicing conveyors, ovens, mixers, pumps, motors and automated machinery
- Completing maintenance logs, safety checks and compliance documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
What You Bring
- Trade qualification: Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Fitter
- Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or packaging manufacturing
- Strong mechanical fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely within strict hygiene and compliance standards
- Comfortable working a full‑time afternoon shift (12pm–8:30pm)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
