Flexible Community Role | $90,000–$130,000 + Super | Supportive Multidisciplinary Team
Stream Healthcare is partnering with a leading Allied Health provider to recruit a Community Podiatrist to join their growing team across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of community-based practice while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. The Role
- Provide high-quality podiatry services to clients in their homes and within the community.
- Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of foot, ankle and lower limb conditions.
- Provide routine podiatry care, diabetic foot assessments, high-risk foot care, nail and skin care, footwear advice and orthotic recommendations where appropriate.
- Develop personalised treatment plans to support clients to achieve their health, mobility and independence goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing professional development and best practice.

To Be Successful, You’ll Have
- Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- A passion for community-based care and achieving positive client outcomes.
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
