About the role

Join a high-profile technology team and help support the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform across a large organisation. This role suits a strong coordinator who enjoys working across stakeholders, governance, reporting and technology services. You will support Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 governance, while helping business teams and vendors navigate processes, approvals and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance reviews, approvals and deployment readiness.
• Support stakeholders, business developers and technology vendors.
• Maintain governance records, solution catalogues and key actions.
• Track compliance, risks, audits and operational priorities.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports on platform performance.

Highly desirable criteria

• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard experience.
• Governance, compliance or audit experience.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.

Desirable criteria

• Copilot Studio or Dynamics 365 experience.
• ICT service delivery or operations experience.
• Experience with technology governance processes.

Skills and experience

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience across governance, compliance or audit.
