We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive a positive, high-performing team culture within a practice in Karratha.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience in healthcare, general practice, occupational health or a similar clinical environment.
About the Role
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinic team
- Oversee daily operations, rostering and workforce management
- Drive exceptional client and patient service outcomes
- Manage budgets, reporting and clinic performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards
- Build strong relationships with staff, clients and key stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager or Healthcare Operations Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within General Practice, Occupational Health or broader healthcare services highly regarded
- Ability to lead teams, improve performance and drive positive culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
