Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class international event? We are hiring for a Premium Experience & Sales Lead - United Cup to join our International Events team and help deliver the United Cup 2027. This is a full-time maximum-term contract based in Sydney, running from September 2026 to January 2027.

As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the event delivery period, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving hospitality sales strategy and revenue growth across United Cup Sydney and Perth, including premium ticketing, hospitality packages and new product development.
  • Building and managing relationships with corporate clients, premium guests, partners and key stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes and client retention.
  • Managing the end-to-end customer journey for hospitality packages, from lead generation and sales through to booking management and event delivery.
  • Leading the delivery of the Sydney hospitality program, including catering partnerships, VIP experiences, guest services and onsite execution.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and PR teams to enhance premium experiences, drive awareness and identify future growth opportunities.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring demonstrated experience in hospitality, events or corporate sales, ideally within sport, entertainment or major events environments.
  • Have proven success developing and implementing sales strategies that achieve revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative capability and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excel at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across clients, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
  • Have experience delivering premium hospitality experiences and large-scale event programs with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Be prepared to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia events.
