About You

You are a committed Catholic educational leader who:

  • leads with faith, integrity and a deep commitment to Catholic mission
  • builds strong, trusting relationships with staff, students, families and the Parish
  • drives evidence-based teaching, high expectations and whole-school improvement
  • develops and mentors others to build leadership capacity across the school.

You will have attained the following:

postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field

the requirements of Category E in the Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term. 

Principal appointments are temporary and may be renewed, subject to satisfactory performance, for up to a maximum of 10 years at a particular school.
