Process Supervisor - $200k + Super

The Fetch team are seeking experienced Processing Supervisors for an incredible opportunity to work with a key client on an 8/6 7/7 roster on a WA minesite.
This is a great opportunity to establish yourself and take advantage of a change, and new leadership opportunities.

About the role:

• FIFO 8/6 7/7 Roster based in WA
• Ensuring and paving the way for a safe work culture and successful operations
• Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
• Work closely with maintenance and management to ensure optimum production and reduced down time
• Develop your operations team and drive positive culture

  Experience Required:

• 3-5 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing
• High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
• Prior Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc, Lead or Rare Earths experience is desirable.
• Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, primary & secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.
• S26 Qualification is essential

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen 
• Must have a valid drivers licence 
• Recent contactable references 
• Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
