Process Worker / Packer
- Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Pack products and ensure production targets are met.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
We are currently looking for full-time Process Workers and Packers, based in our manufacturing and packaging facility in Belrose NSW 2085.
As a Process Worker or Packer, you will be responsible for operating machines, packing, following SOP and safety procedures and ensuring production targets are met, and various packaging duties.
Full training will be provided.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines (training provided)
- Control and adjust the machine settings to ensure smooth production and packaging
- Lift and dispose production waste up to 25kg
- Follow production schedules and techniques
- Fill in process related paperwork
- Work as a team and meet KPIs
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Repetitive manual handling
- Various packaging duties
- Adhering to WHS policies and procedures
Qualifications & experience
- You are motivated, punctual, efficient and reliable
- While having your own vehicle is an advantage, our company is easily accessible by public transport
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Happy to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift up to 25kg
- You are a fast learner and can work independently
- You have strong attention to detail
- Safety is your #1 priority
