As a result of business growth and a robust project pipeline, we are actively seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor to join our dynamic and globally connected team. Under the guidance of the Procurement Manager, apply your expertise in tendering, evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement management of project capital equipment and services.
Work closely with a collaborative team of professionals based in Perth, Brisbane, Shanghai, Vancouver, and Montreal, operating within a multinational and flexible work environment. We value independence, trust, and initiative, allowing you to make this role your own.
Primary Duties:
- Prepare tender documents, addendums and issue in accordance with procurement process.
- Coordinate and participate in technical and commercial evaluations, compiling recommendations.
- Preparation and administration of all vendor contracts per agreed terms and conditions.
- Expedite supply and subcontractor deliverables, including inspection and auditing.
- Contribute to cost reduction by minimising delays in essential item provision.
- Resolve queries from subcontractors and establish effective project control channels.
- Monitor and report driven changes to the scope of works for own procurement packages.
- Produce monthly reports, meeting minutes, and essential correspondence.
- Ensure vendor claims are processed in accordance with the contract conditions.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships.
- Pursue warranties and credits with external suppliers.
