Production Labourer

The company has over 30 years of experience delivering specialist precast concrete solutions for major construction and infrastructure projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and assembling moulds for production
• Pouring and finishing concrete products
• Stripping and demoulding precast products
• Cleaning and maintaining moulds and work areas
• General factory and production labouring duties
• Manual handling and repetitive physical tasks
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience in precast concrete, manufacturing, production, construction or a similar labour-intensive environment (preferred)
• Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Experience operating a forklift within a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labour tasks
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and able to maintain excellent attendance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
