We’re looking for experienced Machine / Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturer in South Windsor, producing quality products for the water treatment industry.

💰 What's on Offer?

• 🔄 12-hour rotating day & night roster

• ☀️ Day: 6:00am–6:00pm

• 🌙 Night: 6:00pm–6:00am

• 🗓️ 4–5 consecutive days off throughout the roster

• 💵 Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate

• 💵 Sunday – 2x penalty rate

• 🚀 Immediate starts

📅 THE ROSTER

2 Days → 2 Nights → 5 Days OFF
2 Days → 3 Nights → 4 Days OFF
3 Days → 2 Nights → 5 Days OFF

⚠️ Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately 2 weekends per month.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Operating manufacturing machinery

• Monitoring production processes

• Assembling and testing components

• Completing quality checks

• Recording production information

• Following SOPs and safety procedures

• Manual handling and moving components

• Keeping the production area clean and safe

👷 Who We're Looking For

✔ Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
✔ Strong safety awareness
✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Reliable and hardworking
✔ Comfortable working 12-hour day & night shifts
✔ Physically fit for standing, repetitive work and manual handling
✔ Reliable transport – essential due to shift times and limited public transport
✔ Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

⭐ Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing will be highly regarded.

📚 FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

You don't need to know the site from day one. Training will be provided across the machinery, processes and site procedures.
