Currently we have a opportunity to join our Obela team as a Production Operator - Packaging.
Details:
- Location: Cavan (SA)
- Position: Full Time Permanent
- Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery/equipment or processes
- Identify hazards and work with Team Leader to rectify
- Comply with Quality, GMP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies, standards and procedures
- Complete all relevant production, quality and safety related paperwork
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on food production equipment
- Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in job rotation practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry (desirable)
- Proven experience in operation, clean, change over and conducting preventative/general maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanical comprehension
- Forklift licence (not essential but preferred)
- Walkie Stacker operation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
