Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rates: Day Shift: $31.90/hr as a Permanent 

About the Role
Join a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality plant health products to the agricultural industry, including fertilisers, soil conditioners, and biostimulants.
We're seeking a Production Operator to join the team in permanent positions. This hands-on role combines machine operation, batching, forklift operation, quality checks, and general production duties within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy physical work, troubleshooting machinery, and being part of a supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.

About You & Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and assist with machine troubleshooting
• Batch and weigh raw materials to production specifications
• Bag finished products and prepare pallets for dispatch
• Complete quality checks and production documentation accurately
• Operate counterbalance forklifts to move raw materials and finished stock (essential for day shift, highly regarded for afternoon shift)
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties
• Perform regular manual handling of up to 25kg throughout the shift
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and quality
• Previous experience within chemical, industrial or heavy manufacturing environments preferred
• Current Forklift Licence highly regarded (required for day shift; training available for the right afternoon shift candidate)
• Comfortable working in a dusty powder-based manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
• Reliable, safety-focused and committed to producing quality work
