Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Mawson Lakes

Hours: 6am - 3pm, Monday-Friday

Rate: $33.05 Per Hour

Job Type: Ongoing role

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating machinery, and ensuring that production quotas are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Use soldering equipment to attach different components to circuit board
  • Assembly work
  • Attaching parts from other departments into each other to make 1 final product
  • Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

    Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
