Job Description:

As a General Factory Hand at Quatro Design, you will be a vital part of our production team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of factory tasks, including, production mixing, assembly, packing, and quality control, operation of a counterbalance forklift, to ensure smooth and safe production processes. We have both casual and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general factory duties such as assembly, packing, and quality control to meet production standards.
  • Must be physically fit to complete product batching and mixing procedures
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including the forklift, to ensure operational safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid counterbalance forklift licence, desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Capability to lift and handle heavy items when needed.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
