About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Analyst on a full time permanent basis to join our team at Metcash Food Service & Convenience team.  to join our team at Metcash. This role offers the chance to contribute to key business initiatives by providing data-driven insights, supporting project delivery and helping drive informed decision-making across the business.

This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills while working across a range of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

In this Role

• Collect, analyse and interpret project data to provide actionable insights
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and delivery activities
• Assist with defining and monitoring project KPIs and milestones
• Identify project documentation, governance and compliance requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams and vendors
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance updates
• Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement activities

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a Project Analyst, Project Support, PMO or Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such a Power BI
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies including and Agil and Waterfall
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
• Experience supporting project documentation, testing and reporting activities
• Previous experience in Pronto is essential
