Here at Concentis, we are partnering with a tier-1 mining and resources company to source a Project Lead accountable for the delivery of supporting the site on an upcoming renewable energy project in the Capital Growth team.
Starting on an initial 12-month contract, this Gladstone based role comes with the opportunity of a 9-day fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of mechanical projects within the capital growth team
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical systems and infrastructure for the delivery of an upcoming renewable energy project
  • Manage project scope, budget and cost control
  • Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to maintain progress and mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to drive efficient project execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct and promote a range of HSE Compliance procedures with commitment to executing projects safely

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Brownfield experience highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HSE Compliance practices
  • Well-developed cost management, budgeting, and expense report skills
