Project Manager | Business Systems Lead | 4 days per week

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Systems & Operations Lead to join a well-established not-for-profit organisation.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, system improvements, governance initiatives, and business transformation activities.

Your new role

  • Lead incident management and resolution activities
  • Drive system and business integration initiatives across the organisation
  • Manage quality, compliance, and governance processes
  • Support data mapping, data quality, and related business initiatives
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding and ongoing management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and technology risks
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across business functions
  • Maintain and enhance organisational documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project and operational outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a not-for-profit organisation, leading business systems, operational improvement, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
  • Proven capability delivering system implementations and integration projects
  • Strong data management, process mapping, or business improvement experience
  • Excellent documentation skills, including policy and procedure development
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • The ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities
