Project Manager | Public Transport
- Manage the development of the Public Transport Customer Information Manual across all transport modes.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Track progress, budget, and deliverables while transitioning new products to BAU.
- Initial contract until 30/06/2027 with possible extension paying from $100/hr
- Brisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week
- Improve the quality of Public Transport Customer Information on the public transport network
Our client, a large complex Queensland Government Department, are currently seeking a Project Manager for an initial contract until 30/06/2027.
The successful candidate will join the Legibility Delivery Program which is and will complete the creation of the Public Transport Customer Information Manual across all transport modes.
This role will report to the Project Manager (Legibility Delivery Program) and manage the development of a set of legibility guidelines to be incorporated into all aspects of this program and individual deliverables. This role will have no direct reports.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Developing plans for deliverables within the project
- Managing the development and completion of the Public Transport Customer Information Manual across all transport modes including engagement with stakeholders
- Developing specifications for deliverables including engaging external and internal providers
- Tracking progress, budget and deliverables
- Working with stakeholders
- Transition of new products to BAU
Key Skills required:
- Skills to ensure that the Legibility Delivery Program and its aims for Public Transport Customer Information are consistently promoted across all stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation.
- Development, endorsement and integration of the Public Transport Customer Information guidelines and products into the network
- Collaboration and consultation with key internal and external stakeholders.
