Your new role
Working as the client's representative, you will oversee projects from early planning and design phases through to construction delivery and completion.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects through all stages of the project life cycle
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Monitoring budgets, programmes and project risks
• Managing procurement and contract administration processes
• Providing regular project reporting to clients
• Facilitating project meetings and driving project outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering successful projects.

• Experience in project management, development management, contract administration or construction management
• A background within the construction, property or consultancy sectors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
• The confidence to take initiative and work autonomously
