About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the build construction projects from $50m - $200m. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery experience
- Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
- Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture
- Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m +
- Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environment
- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
