What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager within a commercial building environment, ideally in Australia.
• A track record of successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to maximise project outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating project delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering positive collaborations across all levels.
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership, including supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Exposure to remote projects, and the ability to gain an S26.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to a variety of project types within the commercial sector.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Australian building regulations and standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior project or construction management roles within the commercial building industry.
