We’re working with a family-owned, boutique luxury residential builder/developer with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-end waterfront projects. About the Role
You’ll be managing premium Class 2 residential projects, taking full responsibility for delivery, programme, budget, and quality. Projects are already live, so this is about driving excellence on-site while working closely with small, capable teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of luxury residential projects from active construction through to handover
- Manage project budgets, variations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Drive quality, design excellence, and high-end finishes across every stage
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with owners, architects, and authorities
- Develop and maintain construction programmes, lookahead schedules, and risk mitigation plans
Requirements
- Proven experience managing luxury Class 2 residential projects
- Strong leadership across design, delivery, and financials
- Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
- Comfortable operating in small, high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Procore or similar project management systems
