Project Relationship Coordinator

Own construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. Non-retail portfolio

Your new role:
As a Project Relationship Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact throughout the pre-construction and construction life cycle, ensuring projects progress smoothly, on time and within budget. Working on a highly technical "non-retail" portfolio of homes ranging from Rooming homes to MD developments.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating projects from contract acceptance through to handover
Managing approvals, permits, insurance and project documentation
Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
Monitoring project programmes, milestones and commencement forecasts
Supporting contract administration, progress claims and variations
Tracking project budgets and identifying potential risks or delays
Maintaining accurate project records and reporting
Ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle

What youll need to succeed:
Ideally five plus years experience within residential or medium-density construction
Experience in project coordination, contract administration or construction delivery
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and regulatory requirements
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
