The Role

  • Advise clients across all stages of the property transaction lifecycle, with a particular focus on retirement village matters and other complex property projects.
  • Work collaboratively with senior practitioners on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients impacted by ongoing property law and legislative changes.

About You

  • You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience and strong knowledge of Western Australian property law across transactions, leasing, development and settlements.
  • You bring confident client-facing communication skills, including the ability to present advice clearly to clients and other legal professionals.
  • You are a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer who enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong focus on client outcomes.
