Are you an experienced Property Manager or Leasing professional looking for your next opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established real estate team in Coogee on a 12-month maternity leave contract. You’ll manage your own portfolio while working alongside an experienced team and receiving strong support.

With no weekends, no BDM and no accounts responsibilities, this role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to focus on what you do best — Property Management.

The Role:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own residential portfolio
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Managing rent increases and reviews
• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
• Liaising with trades and contractors
• Ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally
• Assisting with a small commercial portfolio
• Working closely with the wider Property Management team

About You:

• Previous Property Management or Leasing experience is essential 
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Current driver's licence and reliable car
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional and reliable approach
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
