The Role
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio, excluding leasing
- Receive support with routine inspections and entries
- Dedicated administrative/VA support to assist with day-to-day tasks
- Manage a current portfolio of approximately 80 properties, with further growth expected
- Clear portfolio cap in place to maintain manageable workloads and quality service

What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years’ Property Management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- The ability to manage a portfolio independently while working collaboratively with your support team
- A genuine desire to provide great service to owners and tenants
