Property Manager and Rental assistant

We are a branded real estate agency and locate inside a shopping mall of southside. We are looking for someone who would like to take more responsibilities and earn high salary.
Qualifications & experience
- at least 12 months property manager experience Good at Property tree or similar software Chinese speaker and writer is prefer
- Queensland real estate licence is required for this role
- Chinese language ability is strongly preferred for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing tenants applications Arrange repairs and quotes during tenancy generate rental receipt and send RTA notices( or help assistant on it) Cooperate with BDM and maintain landlord relationships
- or working as BDM who will acquire new rental ( prepare form 6, handle owner relationship, standardise rental team process, help property manager as team work)
- Candidates may be considered for either Property Manager or BDM role based on experience and suitability
